Marci graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University in 2005. She obtained her law degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2005 and served as an Articles Editor on the Arizona State Law Journal. While attending law school, she received the Outstanding Staff Writer Award, Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award and graduated with High Pro Bono Distinction. She was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2008 and is also certified as an Ad Litem by the State Bar of Texas.
Marci practiced commercial litigation with a firm in Dallas for nearly two years before joining the O’Connell Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in 2011, and brings a passion for family law to the firm along with her litigation experience. The primary focus of her legal practice is divorce (both collaborative and traditional litigation), child custody and child support matters, modifications, probate and guardianship, and adoption matters.
