Divorce is one type of legal matter that the office handles. One positive change in family law and divorce that Jill has seen is collaborative law. Collaborative law allows the people involved in the divorce to craft their agreements in a way that is personal to their needs and their case.
For example, if there are children, the possession schedule can work with their extracurricular activities or a parent's travel schedule. If the children are older (the teen years), an issue that can be tailored to within the collaborative law method is possession times and schedules because teens have unique schedules.
